At Kiefer Aquatics, we are committed to providing the highest quality swim gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of chlorine or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
