How long does shipping take for competitive swimwear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Custom team suits or embroidered items may require an additional 7-10 days for processing before shipment.
What is your return policy on tech suits?
Tech suits can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original packaging, unworn, and have all tags attached. Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, we cannot accept returns on suits that show signs of being tried on improperly.
Do you offer team discounts for swim clubs?
Yes, Kiefer Aquatics offers specialized team pricing and dedicated portals for swim clubs, schools, and lifeguard organizations. Contact our team sales department for a quote.
How do I know which goggle lens is right for me?
We recommend mirrored lenses for outdoor swimming to reduce glare, while clear or tinted lenses are ideal for indoor pools with low to moderate lighting conditions.

How should I care for my swimwear to make it last longer?
To extend the life of your suit, rinse it in cold, non-chlorinated water immediately after use and lay it flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Never use a washing machine or dryer.
